# Evolution Galaxy vs Spider Evolution

Evolution Galaxy and Spider Evolution both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of Spider Evolution's written reviews are positive against 66% of Evolution Galaxy's. Evolution Galaxy's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 306). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evolution Galaxy sells 13 one-off in-app purchases and Spider Evolution sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Evolution Galaxy against 4.8 for Spider Evolution. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evolution Galaxy has 16K ratings behind it against 306, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 66% of Evolution Galaxy's written reviews are positive against 92% of Spider Evolution's.

Evolution Galaxy ships an update every 3 weeks, Spider Evolution every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
