# Evolution Galaxy vs Lion Evolution

Evolution Galaxy and Lion Evolution both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Lion Evolution's written reviews are positive against 66% of Evolution Galaxy's. Evolution Galaxy's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 119). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evolution Galaxy sells 13 one-off in-app purchases and Lion Evolution sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Evolution Galaxy against 4.8 for Lion Evolution. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evolution Galaxy has 16K ratings behind it against 119, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 66% of Evolution Galaxy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lion Evolution's.

Evolution Galaxy ships an update monthly, Lion Evolution every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
