# TP vs Dynalite Control

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TP at 59% against Dynalite Control's 17%. TP also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (644 vs 1). Dynalite Control's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dynalite Control holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TP has 644 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of TP's written reviews are positive against 17% of Dynalite Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TP ships an update every 10 days, Dynalite Control every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
