# TP vs Starlink

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Starlink at 86% against TP's 59%. Starlink also leads on ratings volume (115K vs 670) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Starlink holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Starlink has 115K ratings behind it against 670, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 59% of TP's written reviews are positive against 86% of Starlink's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
