# Calculator⁻ vs TinyMath Simple Calculator

Calculator⁻ and TinyMath Simple Calculator both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of TinyMath Simple Calculator's written reviews are positive against 52% of Calculator⁻'s. TinyMath Simple Calculator also leads on ads (none vs shown). Calculator⁻'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (3.6K vs 12). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TinyMath Simple Calculator sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Calculator⁻ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Calculator⁻ holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calculator⁻ has 3.6K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Calculator⁻'s written reviews are positive against 100% of TinyMath Simple Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
