# Simple Whiteboard by Qrayon vs QuickBid

The clearest difference is update cadence: QuickBid at monthly against Simple Whiteboard by Qrayon's every 11 months. QuickBid also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Simple Whiteboard by Qrayon's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (12K vs 27). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simple Whiteboard by Qrayon sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and QuickBid sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuickBid holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Simple Whiteboard by Qrayon has 12K ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Simple Whiteboard by Qrayon ships an update every 11 months, QuickBid monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
