# EASY type vs CardsFlash

The clearest difference is update cadence: CardsFlash at every 5 weeks against EASY type's every 9 months. EASY type's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EASY type sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and CardsFlash sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EASY type ships an update every 9 months, CardsFlash every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
