# Split Smart vs LaneVision

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Split Smart at 88% against LaneVision's 33%. Split Smart also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (143 vs 14). LaneVision's advantage is price (Free vs $2.99) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

LaneVision is free to download; Split Smart costs $2.99 up front. Split Smart sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and LaneVision sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
