# LESGO vs HelpMed

The clearest difference is update cadence: HelpMed at every 2 weeks against LESGO's every 2 months. HelpMed also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LESGO ships an update every 2 months, HelpMed every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
