# Plainview First vs T

The clearest difference is update cadence: T at every 2 weeks against Plainview First's every 5 months. T also leads on ratings volume (4.2K vs 8) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Plainview First's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

T holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: T has 4.2K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Plainview First ships an update every 5 months, T every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
