# М.Видео vs restore

The clearest difference is ads: М.Видео at none against restore's shown. М.Видео also leads on review sentiment (71% vs 39%) and ratings volume (960 vs 69). restore's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.4) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

restore holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: М.Видео has 960 ratings behind it against 69, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of М.Видео's written reviews are positive against 39% of restore's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

М.Видео ships an update every 8 days, restore every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
