# Scrap Clicker 2 vs Factoid

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Factoid at none against Scrap Clicker 2's 3. Factoid also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Scrap Clicker 2's advantage is ratings volume (855 vs 60). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scrap Clicker 2 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Factoid asks for nothing beyond the download.

Scrap Clicker 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scrap Clicker 2 has 855 ratings behind it against 60, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Scrap Clicker 2's written reviews are positive against 100% of Factoid's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
