# PG Fit vs DayBand

The clearest difference is rating: PG Fit at 3.5 against DayBand's 2.6. DayBand's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PG Fit holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DayBand has 1.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of PG Fit's written reviews are positive against 12% of DayBand's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
