# Maraya مرايا vs Joy Awards

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Joy Awards at none against Maraya مرايا's 18. Joy Awards also leads on ratings volume (441 vs 32) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Maraya مرايا sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.00 per month. Joy Awards asks for nothing beyond the download.

Maraya مرايا holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Joy Awards has 441 ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Maraya مرايا's written reviews are positive against 59% of Joy Awards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
