# GOLFTEC vs Bushnell Golf Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Bushnell Golf Mobile at 4.8 against GOLFTEC's 4.0. Bushnell Golf Mobile also leads on ratings volume (29K vs 699) and chart position (#133 vs unranked). GOLFTEC's advantage is review sentiment (52% vs 39%) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GOLFTEC sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Bushnell Golf Mobile sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bushnell Golf Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bushnell Golf Mobile has 29K ratings behind it against 699, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of GOLFTEC's written reviews are positive against 39% of Bushnell Golf Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GOLFTEC ships an update monthly, Bushnell Golf Mobile fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
