The clearest difference is update cadence: KYD Performance at every 3 weeks against Nutri Fit's every 2 months. KYD Performance also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nutri Fit ships an update every 2 months, KYD Performance every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
