# Events Countdown Tracker vs Vera

The clearest difference is update cadence: Vera at every 3 weeks against Events Countdown Tracker's every 4 months. Vera also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Events Countdown Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Vera sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Events Countdown Tracker ships an update every 4 months, Vera every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
