# InnoCaption vs Atlas Scanner

The clearest difference is rating: InnoCaption at 4.7 against Atlas Scanner's 4.0. InnoCaption also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 4) and device support (4 vs 2). Atlas Scanner's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 71%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

InnoCaption holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InnoCaption has 12K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of InnoCaption's written reviews are positive against 100% of Atlas Scanner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
