# Snap vs Graco Auto Lube

The clearest difference is monetization model: Graco Auto Lube at free against Snap's free with in-app purchases. Graco Auto Lube also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 30%). Snap's advantage is ratings volume (772 vs 6) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Snap holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Snap has 772 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Snap's written reviews are positive against 50% of Graco Auto Lube's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Snap ships an update every 2 months, Graco Auto Lube every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
