# Sky force war vs Galaxy Pirates

The clearest difference is rating: Galaxy Pirates at 5.0 against Sky force war's 4.5. Sky force war's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sky force war sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Galaxy Pirates sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Galaxy Pirates holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sky force war has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sky force war ships an update every 3 days, Galaxy Pirates every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
