# IECM vs PilloFon

The clearest difference is rating: PilloFon at 4.4 against IECM's 1.3. PilloFon also leads on ratings volume (173 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PilloFon holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PilloFon has 173 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of IECM's written reviews are positive against 11% of PilloFon's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IECM ships an update every 3 days, PilloFon every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
