# Seaver vs HRE

The clearest difference is device support: Seaver at 3 against HRE's 1. Seaver also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Seaver sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and HRE sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Seaver ships an update fortnightly, HRE every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
