# Verifyt vs Velocity Athlete Development

The clearest difference is rating: Velocity Athlete Development at 5.0 against Verifyt's 1.7. Velocity Athlete Development also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Verifyt's advantage is ratings volume (37 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Velocity Athlete Development holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Verifyt has 37 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Verifyt ships an update every 3 months, Velocity Athlete Development every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
