The clearest difference is rating: THE LIVE DROP at 5.0 against Privi's 4.4. THE LIVE DROP also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). Privi's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
