# Shift Calendar vs 妙计

The clearest difference is ads: 妙计 at none against Shift Calendar's shown. 妙计 also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 months). Shift Calendar's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shift Calendar sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and 妙计 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shift Calendar ships an update every 3 months, 妙计 every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
