# ABC Reading vs 步步阅读

The clearest difference is ratings volume: ABC Reading at 765 against 步步阅读's 18. ABC Reading also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). 步步阅读's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 87%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ABC Reading sells 31 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and 步步阅读 sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for ABC Reading against 4.7 for 步步阅读. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ABC Reading has 765 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two.
