# Thor vs Terminator

The clearest difference is rating: Terminator at 5.0 against Thor's 4.2. Terminator also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 23) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). Thor's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thor sells 23 one-off in-app purchases. Terminator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Terminator holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thor has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Thor ships an update every 6 weeks, Terminator every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
