# COFE vs Chargly

COFE and Chargly both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 83% of Chargly's written reviews are positive against 45% of COFE's. Chargly also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). COFE's advantage is ratings volume (15K vs 13). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for COFE against 4.6 for Chargly. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: COFE has 15K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 45% of COFE's written reviews are positive against 83% of Chargly's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
