# Westopia vs Hunting the ducks

The clearest difference is update cadence: Westopia at every 2 weeks against Hunting the ducks's monthly. Westopia also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Westopia sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Hunting the ducks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hunting the ducks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Westopia has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Westopia ships an update every 2 weeks, Hunting the ducks monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
