# 淘宝特价版 vs 点淘

The clearest difference is rating: 淘宝特价版 at 4.9 against 点淘's 4.1. 淘宝特价版 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ratings volume (4.9M vs 431). 点淘's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 67%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 点淘 sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. 淘宝特价版 asks for nothing beyond the download.

淘宝特价版 holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 淘宝特价版 has 4.9M ratings behind it against 431, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of 淘宝特价版's written reviews are positive against 75% of 点淘's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

淘宝特价版 ships an update every 2 weeks, 点淘 weekly. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
