# Comrade or Czar vs Fate Maker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fate Maker at every 3 weeks against Comrade or Czar's every 9 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Comrade or Czar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fate Maker sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Comrade or Czar ships an update every 9 months, Fate Maker every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
