# Zellr vs Package Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: Zellr at 5.0 against Package Tracker's 3.8. Zellr also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and ads (none vs shown). Package Tracker's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Package Tracker sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Zellr asks for nothing beyond the download.

Zellr holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Package Tracker has 1.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Zellr's written reviews are positive against 11% of Package Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Zellr ships an update every 4 months, Package Tracker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
