# ESHYFT vs Statewise

The clearest difference is rating: ESHYFT at 4.7 against Statewise's 2.0. ESHYFT also leads on review sentiment (28% vs 5%) and ratings volume (4K vs 55). Statewise's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ESHYFT holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ESHYFT has 4K ratings behind it against 55, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 28% of ESHYFT's written reviews are positive against 5% of Statewise's.

ESHYFT ships an update fortnightly, Statewise every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
