# Riyaz vs Notysing

The clearest difference is rating: Riyaz at 4.4 against Notysing's 3.4. Riyaz also leads on ratings volume (340 vs 10). Notysing's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 45%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Riyaz sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.49 per month and Notysing sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Riyaz holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Riyaz has 340 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of Riyaz's written reviews are positive against 56% of Notysing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Riyaz ships an update fortnightly, Notysing every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
