# TDMAX vs Oxígeno

The clearest difference is rating: Oxígeno at 4.7 against TDMAX's 4.0. Oxígeno also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). TDMAX's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TDMAX sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Oxígeno asks for nothing beyond the download.

Oxígeno holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TDMAX has 1.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TDMAX ships an update fortnightly, Oxígeno every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
