# Picasso Pro vs PK

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PK at 100% against Picasso Pro's 44%. PK also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.5) and chart position (#160 vs unranked). Picasso Pro's advantage is price ($29.99 vs $99.99) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Picasso Pro costs $29.99 and PK $99.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PK holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Picasso Pro has 28 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 44% of Picasso Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of PK's.

Picasso Pro ships an update every 2 weeks, PK every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
