# Forms vs Logbook Ultra

Forms and Logbook Ultra are too close to call on the numbers: across 8 compared parameters — price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. Forms sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.49 per month and Logbook Ultra sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forms ships an update fortnightly, Logbook Ultra every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
