# Forms vs Molehill

The clearest difference is update cadence: Molehill at every 4 days against Forms's fortnightly. Molehill also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forms sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.49 per month and Molehill sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forms ships an update fortnightly, Molehill every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
