# Anybell vs Loop

The clearest difference is rating: Loop at 3.0 against Anybell's 1.8. Anybell's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 69 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Loop holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of Anybell's written reviews are positive against 0% of Loop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Anybell ships an update fortnightly, Loop every 69 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
