# Export Contact vs Export calendars

The clearest difference is rating: Export Contact at 4.6 against Export calendars's 2.4. Export Contact also leads on ratings volume (3.7K vs 5) and review sentiment (47% vs 33%). Export calendars's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Export Contact sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Export calendars sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Export Contact holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Export Contact has 3.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 47% of Export Contact's written reviews are positive against 33% of Export calendars's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
