# zeitweise vs Jott

The clearest difference is update cadence: Jott at weekly against zeitweise's every 3 months. Jott also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 88%) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. zeitweise sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Jott sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

zeitweise ships an update every 3 months, Jott weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
