# Cheap VPN vs Noon VPN

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cheap VPN at fortnightly against Noon VPN's every 3 months. Cheap VPN also leads on review sentiment (62% vs 38%). Noon VPN's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cheap VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Noon VPN sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Noon VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 164 and 112 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Cheap VPN's written reviews are positive against 38% of Noon VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cheap VPN ships an update fortnightly, Noon VPN every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
