# Land Rover Remote vs NL Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Land Rover Remote at 4.7 against NL Connect's 2.8. Land Rover Remote also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (48K vs 8). NL Connect's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and review sentiment (40% vs 30%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Land Rover Remote holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Land Rover Remote has 48K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Land Rover Remote's written reviews are positive against 40% of NL Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Land Rover Remote ships an update every 3 weeks, NL Connect every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
