# Waitrose & Partners vs Student Saviour

The clearest difference is rating: Waitrose & Partners at 4.9 against Student Saviour's 1.0. Waitrose & Partners also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 2). Student Saviour's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 35%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Waitrose & Partners holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Waitrose & Partners has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Waitrose & Partners's written reviews are positive against 50% of Student Saviour's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Waitrose & Partners ships an update weekly, Student Saviour every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
