# Guidance Residential App vs Devon Connect Consumer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Devon Connect Consumer at 75% against Guidance Residential App's 29%. Devon Connect Consumer also leads on ratings volume (140 vs 1). Guidance Residential App's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Guidance Residential App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Devon Connect Consumer has 140 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Guidance Residential App's written reviews are positive against 75% of Devon Connect Consumer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Guidance Residential App ships an update every 2 months, Devon Connect Consumer every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
