# Bright Notes vs Toplan

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Bright Notes at 15.0 against Toplan's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bright Notes sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Toplan sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
