The clearest difference is rating: TimeFinder at 4.6 against Time Box Planner's 2.0. TimeFinder also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks). Time Box Planner's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 17). On price and review sentiment there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeFinder sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Time Box Planner asks for nothing beyond the download.
TimeFinder holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeFinder has 1.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of TimeFinder's written reviews are positive against 75% of Time Box Planner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TimeFinder ships an update daily, Time Box Planner every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
