VisitPin helps you track and organize field ministry visits privately, precisely, and without an account. PIN VISITS ON THE MAP Drop a pin at the exact spot where someone lives. Save the map address, house number, floor, door color, or any detail that helps you find the door again. Map markers use a seed, sprout, leafy plant, and leaf-pile style to show progress clearly. TRACK EVERY PERSON Organize contacts as Return Visits, Studies, Interested Persons, or Others. Log each conversation, topic, follow-up date, and notes so every return visit starts where the last one ended. MONTHLY FIELD REPORTS Log how much time you spent in the field each day with a simple time picker. VisitPin totals the month, shows a calendar of logged hours, tracks days in field, and calculates average time per field day so your report is ready when you need it. FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS Set a reminder date for your next visit and VisitPin will alert you when it is due. AVAILABILITY SCHEDULES Note the days and times each person is usually home. Per-person weekly schedules help you plan return visits around real availability. PRESENTATIONS LIBRARY Save presentations, scripture passages, and talking points. Link a presentation to a visit entry so you remember what was shared. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All visit notes and report hours stay on your device. No account is required. VisitPin does not send your data to our servers. Enable App Lock to protect your notes with Face ID or Touch ID. BACKUP YOUR DATA Export a backup anytime and import it on a new device or after reinstalling.
