# IOTGPS vs QXGPS

The clearest difference is rating: IOTGPS at 3.7 against QXGPS's 1.9. IOTGPS also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). QXGPS's advantage is ratings volume (55 vs 3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IOTGPS holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QXGPS has 55 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
