# Big Catch vs Proptia

The clearest difference is rating: Big Catch at 5.0 against Proptia's 4.5. Big Catch also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). Proptia's advantage is ratings volume (49 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Big Catch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Proptia has 49 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
